These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://spraysa.com/ (the “Website”), operated by Spray Foam SA (“Spray Foam SA,” “SpraySA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Website Purpose
The Website provides general information about spray foam insulation, ExpandoThane roof-restoration systems, concrete lifting and leveling, polyurea coatings, and related services. Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It is not engineering, architectural, legal, code-compliance, safety, or other professional advice for a particular property or project.
2. Project Agreements Control
A website visit, contact-form submission, telephone call, email, or request for a quote does not create a contract or require Spray Foam SA to accept or perform work. Any project is subject to evaluation, availability, applicable licensing or registration requirements, and a separate written proposal, work order, or contract accepted by the parties.
If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project. Project-specific scope, price, payment terms, schedule, materials, specifications, exclusions, warranties, change orders, and dispute provisions are governed by the applicable written agreement.
3. Quotes, Estimates, and Project Information
Online descriptions, photographs, examples, and general price discussions are not binding quotes. Any estimate or proposal may depend on site access, measurements, substrate and structural conditions, moisture, drainage, weather, environmental conditions, code requirements, material availability, travel, mobilization, and other project-specific factors.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about the property and requested work. Conditions that are concealed, inaccessible, inaccurately described, or discovered after work begins may require a revised scope, schedule, price, or written change order.
4. Service Availability
Spray Foam SA evaluates opportunities in San Antonio, throughout Texas, and nationwide. Service availability depends on project type, location, timing, travel, site conditions, legal requirements, and the availability of qualified personnel and materials. Nothing on the Website guarantees that a particular service is available in every location or for every property.
5. Product and Technical Information
Product descriptions, performance information, photographs, videos, project examples, and technical discussions are general in nature. Actual results and suitability depend on the building, substrate, existing conditions, preparation, installation, climate, drainage, use, maintenance, and manufacturer requirements. Product names, specifications, availability, and manufacturer guidance may change without notice.
Property owners, contractors, designers, and other responsible parties should obtain any required engineering, architectural, environmental, permitting, or code review for their project. Spray Foam SA will make project recommendations only after evaluating the information and conditions reasonably available to it.
6. Website Communications
Do not use the Website to report an emergency or a condition requiring immediate attention. Website forms and email are not guaranteed to be continuously available, secure, or monitored at all times. If you submit an inquiry, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide. Consent to receive a response about your inquiry is not consent to receive unrelated automated marketing messages.

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Project-specific governing-law, venue, mediation, arbitration, or dispute terms, if any, are established by the applicable written project agreement.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date. Your continued use of the Website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Severability and No Waiver
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
