Concrete Lifting & Leveling for Commercial and Residential Projects

Sunken or uneven concrete can create trip hazards, drainage problems, and a worn appearance. Spray Foam San Antonio uses polyurethane foam concrete lifting, also called polyjacking or poly-leveling, to raise and stabilize eligible slabs with minimal disruption.

After a project assessment, small access holes may be used to inject expanding foam beneath the concrete. As the material fills voids, it can help lift and support sidewalks, driveways, patios, pool decks, warehouse floors, and other flatwork. Results depend on slab condition, soil, drainage, cracks, and site conditions; we evaluate each project before recommending a solution.

Concrete Lifting FAQs

What concrete slabs may be candidates for lifting?

Eligible sidewalks, driveways, patios, pool decks, warehouse floors, and other flatwork may be lifted when the slab and underlying conditions support the process.

How large are the injection holes?

Small access holes are drilled so expanding material can be placed beneath the slab. Hole size, spacing, and patching depend on the equipment, slab, and project requirements.

Will lifting repair every crack or drainage problem?

No. Lifting can improve elevation and support, but it does not erase existing cracks or automatically correct drainage, soil, plumbing, or structural problems. Those conditions must be evaluated separately.

When is concrete lifting not recommended?

Severely damaged slabs, unstable supporting soil, continuing washout, major structural failure, or conditions that cannot be corrected through lifting may require another solution.
