How We Approach a Coating Project
Every coating project begins with what is already in place. We review the roof or surface, its substrate, drainage, seams, penetrations, exposure, and areas needing repair. That assessment helps determine whether restoration is practical and which preparation and system fit the job. An existing roof is not automatically a candidate for coating.
For qualifying commercial roofs, options can include high-solids silicone, three-layer acrylic, urethane-based systems, or reinforced assemblies. Silicone and acrylic differ in how they handle ponding water, application conditions, and maintenance.
